Bruce is dirty as hell. He was a saint at Tennessee compared to what he is at Auburn and he obviously wasn't squeaky clean here. I will admit that it's almost impossible to compete at a high level and do it the right way.

Honest question, has his recruiting been that great at Auburn that would lead one to believe he’s dirty as hell? Genuinely haven’t paid attention

It's been better than here for sure. I'm 100% convinced he was aware of what was going on with the FBI stuff. Why else would you refuse to speak to your bosses?

No, his recruiting was just as good if not better here. He had 2 or 3 top 10 classes here and signed 2 or 3 5*’s. He hasn’t a top 10 class at auburn yet, he has signed 1 5* tho

Just a quick glance and the last 3 years his classes have been:

2019: 18th
2018: NR
2017: 22nd

Just not screaming dirty as hell to me imo and if so, than he sucks at being dirty haha

so that means he's a future first-round draft pick... interesting perspective...

No it’s called watching him play. How many true freshman have you seen in the SEC get asked to shut down half the field the moment they step on campus? He stepped up to the plate and this year he will be one of the best CBs in the conference.

I guess I'm in the minority that remembers the fond times with Bruce on our side, the fond memories we made this year with PB&J and the Volunteers, and can still enjoy watching the rest of the NCAAT.. I feel bad for the salt miners that can't let things go.

Agree. I pull for Bruce every game except when he plays us. He loves TN and always will.

I just want tangible success. The SEC championship last year is good but it’s shared. Still feels like we have nothing to hang our hats on as fans. Just a bunch of close calls and what if scenarios.

That's really not that bad. A look at the Vols classes.

2015 60
2016 49
2017 54
2018 115 (Only Burns)
2019 30 (5* James headlines a class of 3)

You also have to look at where it was before. I'd say he's cheating pretty good.

Not sure how UT’s classes under Barnes are relevant. Go pull up Pearls classes while he was here: Hint it’s better than while hes been at Auburn

And he was absolutely dominant until the last two games of the season when he hit a freshman wall. He wasn't targeted all season until then. He locked guys down.

I'm not a salt miner, I just see Bruce for what he is, a cheater. There's more than enough evidence to say he's cheater.

Sad thing is that after Bruce and Tyndall, we probably won’t hire another basketball coach willing to play “the game” for another 20 years.

I get that, I just don't understand all the Bruce hate.

This team was capable of more, and we got shafted. We're still able to claim another S16 as a consolation prize, and again, we can relish how fun this team was to watch.

The one thing about the NCAAT is that it ends in heartbreak for 67 of 68 teams participating.

He was a cheater here too. The comparison is to show how classes look when you don't buy your players.
You can’t recruit well w/o cheating? You hate Pruitt too?

Also you said he was a saint here compared to what he is at Auburn and said his recruiting classes are better now.
