The craziness of March madness. They were nowhere close to a top 4 team the whole year but got hot at the right time.

I also have more confidence in Chaney figuring out how to scheme with a weaker OL than Helton. Sure, he might be limited some, but good coaches figure it out.

One thing I don't remember seeing a lot last year was our use of timing routes. Hopefully we can develop some 5-8 yard throws that only take 1.5 seconds to develop. Let JG read coverage pre-snap and pick one of three receivers (with hopefully more emphasis on DWA) and set up a 2nd and short. On 2nd and 1 or 2, the entire playbook is open.

Hopefully Bruce gets another show cause. I loved the guy when he was here as well but he's dead to me now. I'm sure he doesn't waste a second disparaging UT behind closed doors if it means helping him land a recruit or beat us on the court.

Like I said before, it's so easy to predict what happens at Tennessee. Just come up with a scenario that will give us hope but ultimately end in disappointment while having to watch our bitter rivals or former coaches succeed.

Pearl has been there for 5 years and didn't make the tournament until his 4th year. He's having a great season this year but I don't think it's a coincidence that the FBI is investigating his coaching staff at the same time he started having success at Auburn.

Bruce is dirty as hell. He was a saint at Tennessee compared to what he is at Auburn and he obviously wasn't squeaky clean here. I will admit that it's almost impossible to compete at a high level and do it the right way.

Auburn wants to win, TN wants to make money. The NCAA has shown it has no backbone so honeslty there isnt really a reason not to
