Almost forgot there is a game tonight. Scott Satterfield's lifeless Cardinals vs Brian Kelly's drunken fighting Irish.

I hope Satterfield beats that A and we can add ND to the list of the laughable in week 1.

Here:

Don't misread me. I never said Pruitt would be out after week two or anything like that.

The question was at 3-9 or 4-8 what happens as I said in another thread with an 11 million dollar buyout I doubt a move is made.

Let's see what happens this week. What kind of improvement is made with this team.

For the record, I was all for Fulmer being let go in 2008; I was completely against ever bringing him back in all of our coaching searches, except the last one after Schianomo; I am all for him taking over and trying to make all the wrongs right. I think he’s about the only one who could resurrect this thing from its current state. He would provide a huge shot of energy to the program and would be able to motivate these players.

Funny, I was/am the opposite. I was totally against him being fired, especially the timing. And now I don't want him taking over. Not a good look. But as always, I'll support our coach whoever it is, til he ain't.

i do think we have a true future leader on defense in To'oto'o. He brought some great energy, but you have to imagine he is a little hesitant to take the lead being a freshman.

Offense has a leader in JJ, and a future leader in Gray, but it really doesn't matter. You're QB has to be the leader on offense and when things get tough JG cowers.
