I will say this…I’ve never seen so many WIDE open receivers against a Florida defense. Heupel is insane with his designed plays.

I hate how Gary (surprise, surprise) was putting those wide open plays along the sideline on UF making mistakes rather than Heupel calling the perfect play. The Warren play was a great play design and was a wrinkle off the previous play earlier in the game that went down the same yard line and had the same success. Instead, Gary decided to call them a “cheap” TD drive. Main reason I hate us playing the CBS game of the week is because I have to listen to that idiot.

I'll say it again, we think yesterday was insane...if we are 5-0 heading into the Bama game, a top 10, possibly top 5 matchup...there may not be anything left of Neyland and Knoxville.
I don't see us stopping Bama on offense.
Can't really see them stopping ours...

And to think he was under fire from the MTSU faithful a couple of years ago.

A 4-8 season followed by a 3-6 season will do that.

MTSU is in a difficult spot because if they fired him and found someone who achieved greater success, he would leave. Stock gets them to bowl games most years but isn't good enough to get hired away.

Post game assessments rightfully skewer the defense but I’ll give them props for one thing. Last year’s version watches Richardson leg out 200+ yards instead of 60 imo. No more Kenny Pickett becomes Lamar Jackson for a day.
Exactly. That game last night could have played out like the Pitt game or the ole miss game last year. And it didn't. Defense was far from perfect. Hell they were downright bad at times.

But they made some big plays, and harassed AR all night. AR just did things no one thought he was capable of, and he played the best game of his career. And lost.

I can live with that.😉🍊

I really think the coaches did not think AR could have a game like that.. Starting the 4th quarter he was well over 300 yards passing with only 21 points. I am not sure UF could have really scored more than they did...maybe another 7 where it felt like we left 21 out there.

I don’t believe AR has shown that effectiveness at all. We seem to get their best effort no matter the year.

Looking back on all the 4th down attempts- that philosophy of Butch Napiers is a very aggressive one.

If just one of those didn’t convert the game is blown wide open.

I mean they converted 5/6. That’s crazy effective. And two inside our 40.

And to make it worse, they had many 3rd and longs that they came close to 1st downs. This gave them to opportunity to go for it on 4th down. We need to really evaluate our strategy here.

Hendon Hooker is back on top leading all SEC QBs in the conference with the highest NCAA Passer rating. He also graded out as elite by ESPN’s total QBR for his performance Saturday and while QBR had his as the best QB in the conference for week 4, the guy in 2nd place was 31 lengths back..

We lead the nation in total offense. That’s #1 in the entire country. We’re 36th in rushing yards per game and 2nd in passing yards per game. We’re 4th in scoring offense.
