True, but as a parent never underestimate quality of life and if your kids are happy and settled…if he’s doing well and people are interested that means that UT is doing well also.. he doesn’t seem the type to wreck a program before he leaves.. and he kind of seems to like his bosses lol

It’s not that much deeper in the grand scheme of things. It’s also about quality of life. Heupel is well liked here and knows his boss. Why leap to a job where expectations are through the roof? We can pay him $10 million if we wanted to.

Nah. Grass ain't always greener. Guys like Heup and Tony V know what a special place this is and how hungry everyone associated with UT is for success. You find a place you're supported, accepted and like living in and it's gonna take more than money to lure you away. At some point, how much money do you really want to chase? What about quality of life? Nope. I don't see Heupel or Tony V leaving anytime soon.
