I’ve had Weller Special Reserve, Antique 107, and Weller 12. Gets better as you move to the right on the list. But not a Weller fan. It’s wheated and I’m not fond of wheated bourbons.

Have open bottles of Barrel Dovetail and Thomas Handy Sazerac Rye. Handy may be my favorite. Have unopened bottles of Booker’s 2202-01 (Ronnie’s Batch), Garrison Bros. Balmorhea, and Garrison Bros. Cowboy bourbon. Saving those for special occasions. Have already downed a bottle of the Booker‘s and the Balmorhea. Yum.

You previously mentioned the Old Forrester line. My favorites are 1920, Statesman, then 1910. 1897 is okay but nothing to write home about.

EH Taylor is solid. George T Stagg is also good. Elmer T Lee is great if you can find it.

1792 is a good pour. 1792 bottled in bond is really good. Heaven’s Hill bottled in bond is exceptional if you can find it.

Haven’t had Jefferson’s Reserve. Have had Jefferson Ocean. No big deal.

For the budget minded, try Russell’s Reserve 10 year. Jimmy Russell is the Master Distiller for the Wild Turkey family. Rare Breed is also good.

My go to for an average price is Noah’s Mill. It’s a Willett product.

There are so many good bourbons and ryes. I’m trying to make my way thru as many as I can. 🥃🥃🥃
1792 is much cheaper than Noah’s but both are solid. Yellowstone also good as well

Although Leonhard will probably end up with that job the cheese whizards should take a long look at Alex Golesh. He could do some real damage with the Tennessee offense in the Big 10 in Madison. I would say the same about Nebraska but believe they will wrangle a bigger fish.
Gotta believe Golesh will start getting some looks as a HC. But he can afford to be picky.

This is truth. My wife raced 4 wheelers semi professionally in her 20's, went to all the local and regional events, was ranked in the top 4.

She has issues often, I can tell when they are coming because she starts talking funny, using odd words. Then her eyes start flickering and she has to go lay down for a few hours. Feels like a freight train hit her.

I've had a couple but nothing like hers.

Has she been checked out for seizures? Sounds like a complex partial seizure. Just an observation.

Chryst never won less than 8 games a season. Save the Covid year where Wisconsin went 4-3. Multiple 10/11 win seasons in Madison. This 1 puzzled me once I looked up his year by year win/loss record. The cheese whizards better hope they make a great hire. Seems to me it may be a case of you don't know what you've got til it's gone.

Jefferson’s Ocean is gimmicky crap. 1972 Small Batch (or whatever it’s called now) is pretty good EH Taylor is very good but so had to get. My go to right now is Eagle Rare (also a Buffalo Trace), which I seem to be able to get. I like Wild Turkey 101, need to try Rare Breed. Also a fan of Woodford and Knob Creek. Woodford double oak is really good too

I love Taylor but I can never find it

I think the AR hype is overblown. We turned the ball over in the red zone (uncharacteristically) twice. We had two TDs taken off the scoreboard by the officials. Meanwhile AR's team got every break and lucky bounce all day. And even with all if that, he couldn't win. He's lucky he didn't lose by 19 or more.

True and makes the job less tantalizing.

Yes, hardly anywhere in Ktown. Was in Greeneville SC Friday and checked a couple of spots and no 1792. I occasionally go to KY and find it regularly there. Haven't found the full.proof anywhere.
We always have regular 1792 in Hendersonville. One of the best under $30 bourbons there is. Full proof is a different story though on availability

I've got a bottle of the Russell's reserved but haven't opened it. I'm not a huge fan of the wheated bourbons either. I'd like to find some of this year's Bookers but I haven't seen it.

I've not seen the BIB 1792. I'll definitely pick some up if I see it.

I found a bottle of Stagg JR last November but gifted it to my nephew. Other nephew got a bottle of Elijah Craig 18.

I'd love to find a bottle of any Stagg or Elmer T Lee.
