I’m ok with this. This offense can still function at a high level without him. Let’s get this win today, and then have him back at 100% next week. The staff had to do this a lot last year and manage injuries. I questioned some of it initially, but they always had a plan that put us in position to win if executed. Those decisions showed me that we have a legit coaching staff, so I trust Heup on this. He knows we should be able to go to LSU and win without Tillman.

Tennessee mom Kirstie Jane Bennard hospitalized after her 2 kids killed in pit bull attack

I saw this on Facebook. Such a horrible tragedy. She spent 10 mins trying to save her 2 babies from the attacks of the dogs. I can’t even imagine the horror she will live through the rest of her life having to see that in her mind over and over. Prayers for her and her husband facing this tragedy.

My keys to watch:
1. Pass rush- if we are able to get pressure and finally get there, that will throw their O majorly off. With Campbell out, Joseph, Young, and Baron must take advantage.
2. Fast start- we practice in the AM. We need to jump out on them and put pressure on their O to attempt to keep up. That will keep them from running to the ball to try and shorten the game.
3. Balance- Can we keep Hooker from having to be the primary run option. I look forward to the speed option with Sampson and I think Wright is close to breaking one.
4. 2 turnovers- If our D gets 2 turnovers, we should win. Period.
5. Race to 35- Get into the territory that they cannot keep up. Against quality opponents LSU has scored 31,21, and 24.
Prediction: I look for Simpson or Wright to break one and for the run to take pressure off Hookers legs. Our D struggles but holds when we need. 24-35!
