What kind of Clock explanation was that. The play was still going. You can’t call TO in the middle of a play.

Ya they blew a whistle too early, inadvertent whistle means you replay the down but if the penalty happened before the whistle you still enforce it.

Inadvertent whistle is the ultimate crime in officiating. That should never ever happen at this level.
