The fact that people are so high on Kentucky is baffling. True, they aren't the same terrible team that they were years ago, but UT is still a better team than them. We also return more production AND talent than they do and staff continuity. I still haven't understood all the Will Levis hype, and the fact that Wandale Robinson is gone (who was a baller) will tell the tale. We'll see if Levis lives up to it. I personally don't think he will, especially with them bringing in a new OC.
That Louisville game has done more for their hype than anything else. They lit up a dead Louisville team, and Levis had ONE GOOD RUN. ONE DECENT SCRAMBLE. He hurdled a crappy tackle attempt and now everyone acts like he's a 1st rounder. It blows my mind.

It's crazy how high people are holding them.

I think we may look to the portal after the season for LB help. Banks, Mitchell, and Page are gone after this season. Not sure where Beasley stands on eligibility, but I think he has one more year after this. Lose Mohan and that leaves Garland, Herring, Perry, and the two current commits. I'd love to add another commit at the position, but I also could see the coaches look for a more experienced player from the portal.
Just saying Quavaris Crouch is in the portal...potential depth for RB and LB which have both taken recent hits

I can't believe that Alabama got Dr. Pepper to essentially pay for Alabama to have their own commercial ("How many NIL deals does Bryce Young have?!"). That every recruit and other team will have to see all season. On most channels. Saban runs circles around everyone.

No he doesn't. He pays someone to run circles around everyone.

Seriously - how did Urban get a job with Fox again? That dude lost every ounce of credibility with the way he performed in Jax.
He can talk football. Be a lot of static on broadcasts if relative success on the field was the most important thing. And he’s on COLLEGE games. He did ok on that level. 😏

I believe air would be better at LB
But he can pound the rock better than any of our current running backs in short yardage, the one real area our offense struggled last year. Play lb on goal line/short yardage to shore up the middle
-Standing at 6’2″ 230 pounds, Crouch specifically had 75 total tackles last year, 37 of which were solo, along with two sacks, three pass deflections, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.

The first Bama player to be injured and miss significant time will be in an AFLAC commercial with him
