I’m not expecting much out of Hooker. He was benched on a bad Virginia Tech team.

It wasn't that Heupel didn't see it. Hooker was beaten fairly in camp by Milton. There are just some guys that are different on game day. When the lights turn on, it's showtime.

I remember the coaches saying last year in camp that they had confidence in either HH or JM to lead the offense. It wasn’t that HH didn’t win the job, it was that JM was better in practice. Which means to me, that if JM is a better practice player than HH, then watch out for next year

Tifwiw my guy that plays on the team told me Hooker looks like the early favorite as the starter and is a natural leader... I’m not rooting for any Qb either way I just want the best to play m just dropping that little bit of info in here

A lot of the things that make Hendon special are hard to evaluate in practice because QB's are non-contact. Hendon is one of those guys that stays calm when bullets are flying all around. That's a special quality.

I understand the criticism of Bob, but I can't be the only one who thinks Mike Keith's voice is unbearable. That nasally scream makes my ears bleed. I'm a HARD pass on Mike Keith.

They are just deflecting imo.. the few UT fans I have ever witnessed behaving badly were drunk off their a$$e$ and would not have had the coordination to do any of these things that they are throwing out..and all of their claims came out about 72 hours after the fact

Facts @butchna some ppl just talk and you can see who they are. Hooker is definitely not this great qb that ppl mk him out to be. He didn't leave VaTech because he was the 2nd coming of Mike Vick.
