I’ve never even heard of this Brandon Walker dude before, but after hearing him for 1 minute I’ll let him fade back out of my mind because he is absolute nails on the chalkboard to listen to. He should take some notes from Josh Pate, but I can already tell he won’t listen to them because that’s not the style of show and analysis he’s going for. He wants the shock jock sound bites even though, you know, he’s not even good at it really.
There is this school of fake journalism that stiff arms actual thought, work and preparedness for brash vacuity and offensive presentation in the name of cheap clicks.

Thye should be ashamed but seem incapable.

And it works because people keep posting links just to complain about it, like has happened here with this very video.

Looks like @Glitch got @Weezer ed

Just not sure why anyone cares about the relationship between our coach and the family of a player from a rivalry team. That water is well under the bridge
It’s not just the player on another team. It’s a situation where that family obviously did something for Swain to have called it out. How much that effects CJH is not known, but I hope it makes him more focused on being sure to win this game by a lot…just because that makes me happy.

What bugs me is a friend used to live in the same subdivision as him, before he was even the voice of the Vols. And he complained about Kessling just doing the sports for the news channel because he (Bob) was an Ohio State homer to the max. Like flags on the porch and décor all over the place.

Then he gets the job calling Vols games. I would much rather someone with a bit of orange in the veins and a pulse be our guy. So sad to go from the GOAT John Ward to freaking Wet Blanket Bob :(
I thought he was at least a Vol fan. Wow

The team that I hate almost as much as any SEC team so I don’t wanna give the satisfaction of speaking their name..lol.

They are just as good as us on offense, but they have a top 5 defense also. They are what we will be after we get an average top 5 class for 7 years.

I don't see anybody beating that team this year....but I hope somebody does.

Edit: WELP, I think you were talking about OSU not UGA after I re-read your post and realized you said they weren’t an SEC team… I’ll see myself out but I’m leaving the stats in case anyone is interested 😂

Im bored so I did some perusing on comparing Bama and UGA stats.

I’m not saying it won’t be a tough game but Bama was up there in every category before we played them too. Those two teams aren’t far apart at all. UGA has played more of a favorable schedule and weren’t without their best player for 2 games like Bama was. So the stats are a bit skewed and even then, they are close. Another thing of note… UGA defense doesn’t get sacks and TFL anywhere close to Bama. UGA TFL is tied for 115th in the country and Sacks are tied for 124th in sacks. That is VERY uncharacteristic for that defense this year. They are rated highly in pass defense and pass offense but so was Bama. Check the comparison:

Passing Yards Allowed -
UGA 8th - Average of their P5 opponents passing offense - 83rd (3 out of 6 teams in bottom 30 in CFB)

Bama - 32nd - Average of their P5 opponents passing offense - 72nd (2 out of 6 teams in bottom 30 in CFB)

Only a 30 YPG allowed difference between the two.
UGA 163 YPG, Bama 197 YPG. And that’s AFTER Bama played us.

Rushing Defense -
UGA 5th - Average of their P5 opponents rushing offense - 48th

Bama 14th - Average of their P5 opponents rushing offense - 49th

Only a 15 YPG allowed difference between the two. UGA 83 YPG, Bama 98 YPG. And that’s AFTER Bama played us.

So all that to say, the defenses are not that far apart at all and we just hung 52 on Bama. The only category on offense that UGA and Bama are not within a few spots rankings wise is Passing offense.. but that’s with BY hurt for basically 2 games and the back up was not a throwing QB. So those are probably closer in reality than the 20 something spots that separated them. So Bama is just as good as UGA on offense and just as good as UGA on defense, and that’s with ESPN FPI ranking UGA 76th in Strength of Schedule and Bama 6th.

Now, I am not saying UGA is easy or we are guaranteed a win or anything close to this.. just simply saying that we CAN beat UGA and it is not even close to a definite loss. They don’t look invincible, but they do look good still. JMO.
