45 bedroom, 55 in den, 70 in my office, and 32 on the deck.

Had to be reasonable.

Have three books also in the queue to read.

Fortunately SoT ensures I read 150 pages of Amelia Bedelia and Pup N Stuff nightly.

So it sounds like the consensus is 4k OLED is a pretty solid bet...

Insignia has a 75" for under 6 hundo. I know they're a generic Best Buy brand, but have really good experiences with them in the past too. Good bang fer yer buck.

I think LG is a solid brand for big box in OLED category.

But im a Samsung guy in big TV arena

OLED is best, Sony or Samsung. Better in dark rooms. 8k TVs are available but still very expensive.

Unless y'all wanna start a fund I think I will go with the budget pick, especially on short notice. I'm drained after replacing the ipad. But you're right, OLEDs and 8ks are amazing. I would love to get one one day!

Now if you have an employee discount or something that "fell off a truck" I'm all ears!

You can price shop between Amazon, Walmart, or BB.

A Sony is what was broken but IDK what I'll end up getting. Budget is tight right now because of a lot of things but they are great. I'm really hoping to get one that easily streams. You never know what winds up on sale tho. Sometimes you can get high end electronics even cheaper than 'cheap' or no brand electronics if you get lucky. He watches a lot of Disney+ movies and we mainly stream so I'd love to be able to get him something that when I'm not watching CFB he can watch his stuff.
