I agree on the peeps looking for a reason to feel offended.

I do not agree that a 1-loss UT is very far down a list at all tho (not watching Gameday so missed the convo). Obv all that depends on how things shake out. Best resumé in the country and it’s not close.

Not sure how he thinks they’re “down the pecking order” when these other teams have trash resumes in comparison.

The reply was to the discussion of UT not getting in playoffs if we lose to UGA. Was not a prediction or declaration. Vols beat UGA by Fiddy!!!

So dumb. If a 1 loss OSU and 1 loss Mich both existed, that most likely means neither of them win the conference, or one of them lost to a team they shouldn’t have before the conference championship and then won. Maybe Penn State beats OSU and they call that a “good loss” but it’s really not.

Tennessees resume would blow both of them out of the water. Ohio State will play what, 2 ranked teams all year? Maybe 3? Same with Michigan? If they lost one of those games and UT had FIVE ranked wins including against a top 3 team and a loss to say undefeated UGA… idk how you can logically put either OSU or MICH with 1 loss ahead of UT with 1 loss.

Let’s take the decision out of their hands and just go undefeated though

If a 1 loss OSU or Mich gets in over a 1 loss Tenn. I say we burn it all down.
