I would go get checked tomorrow. A clinic can do it. I had flu turn to pneumonia once (I had no idea) and they spotted it very early and I'm glad I didn't wait. They put me on an antibiotic and I saved myself a lot of grieve. They prescribed Mucinex in addition. I like Halls cough drops.
