I agree. UCLA overlooked Arizona and was looking ahead to USC. They may not beat USC, but they will definitely give them a run for their money. Hopefully they win.UCLA may have been caught in a trap with Arizona. Theyāre still a decent team and I like Dorian Thompson-Robinson and the offense. Itāll be one of the most entertaining games this weekend. A win for UCLA keeps them squarely in the PAC 12 championship game convo.
Where was that tournament?
Kings Creek or Greymereā¦ā¦.
What else could they say? Better for us. If we get in the CFP and we face them again, let them laugh. I donāt believe for one moment the game will be so lopsided. The GA Alum/ homers on the radio here were laughing at this. The said GA would kill us again. BTW they love them some Stetson Bennett. Dark horse Heisman, according to them. Its disgusting.
He used to play in an event at Graymere when I was the HP there. Thought maybe you played in the same eventā¦. Super great guyActually Forest Crossing in Franklin as Sp Hill/ Kings Creek was having issues at the time. However, we called it the ā Sterlin Marlin Golf classicā hosted by the Spring Hill Rotary Club. I was a gopher but it was cool talking to Chief. After a few beers and shots, he loosened up a bit and told many stories. He definitely was NOT a Saban (head coach of LSU @ the time) fan.
HookerLetās game this out. Who ya got at each position group?
Dobbs vs Hooker?
Kamara, Hurd, Kelly vs Small, Wright, Sampson?
Malone, JJ, Josh Smith, Marquez Callaway vs Hyatt, Bru, Tillman, Keyton
Wolf, Croom, Jakob Johnson vs Warren, Fant
2016 OL vs 2022 OL?
I grew up during the yellow-orange phase of Vols jerseys. It took me several years of hating the "change" to the "new" orange before I learned that the orange I grew up with was the wrong shade in the first place LOL.Not saying it's not part of our history. Just not what I've lived with for the past 40 years.
But I'm really loving the changes.
Maybe Iām wrong but if Kiffen goes to the barn that will impact Alabama recruiting immediately and lead to their downfall while eliminating Ole Miss from future gain. Two birds with one stone imo. Also, he will leave the barn hanging in 4 years for a NFL job so that works also. Let the cancer spreadā¦Heāll portal to barn
While I agree these issues wouldn't be a problem today. Heupel is a genuine guy, Hurd probably wouldn't have had the issues to begin with. Hurd was a helluva player. Lyle was a snake. I believe it is more likely the situation is totally different and Hurd more likely to finish his career here. Just my opinionHurd quit multiple times. Walked out, went home. Coaches went to Nashville to talk him back. Having to negotiate with a player to return is seldom a good situation. Demands are made; so are promises. It causes issues with teammates, hurts team chemistry, the initial problems don't go away and new ones arise. It was very unfortunate for all parties and not handled well on either side. It wouldn't happen today. UT wouldn't put up with it, and the disgruntled player would promptly portal out.
