My wife works from home and just heard her on the phone with a Dawg fane and they was talking about the Tn & Ga game. They was talking about how loud it was at the Bama game and this guy went on to tell her that the Bama game was loud but it did not compare to the Tn & Ga game , that it was so loud that it broke the sound barrier and it was the loudest on record. I wanted to jump through the phone and throat punch this mutt. Pretty soon they will be #1 in the world in everything

I don't know if anyone else tried to get Taylor Swift tickets for their wife/gf/kids, but man oh man is Ticketmaster a racket.

Not for Taylor Swift but I went through the same thing getting Blink 182 reunion tour tickets. Already expensive tickets and then fees on top of fees on top of fees. Can only imagine what her tickets started at.

Ticketmaster being allowed to add their garbage fees to already ridiculous prices is complete crap. They need to be forced to remove those or have their monopoly taken from them.

Champions of Mediocrity!

No. Look, I don't have anything against SC but Champions of Mediocrity would be an UPGRADE for their program. SC legitimately has one of the worst histories in all of CFB and it's not close. The tale end of the Holtz-Spurrier Era is the absolute highest point for them and it's the anomaly in a sea of very bad football. I admire SC fans because they've been able to weather out a history like theirs and still turn out.

I concede. They are the Champions of All-Time Colossal Suckitude.

They're right that it wouldn't see the light of day with those two programs but that doesn't change the fact that they're speaking the truth. You can't seriously watch TCU play and think they belong. And look, I fell for it. I thought TCU was snubbed for being a no name school until I watched them play. Once I saw them play, I was livid the committee caved to pressure because they are clearly that mediocre.

The segment flattered TCU in a way because it's not that LSU, BAMA, and Tennessee would beat them that's the problem. The problem is that Arkansas, South Carolina, Mizzou, Kentucky, State, Florida etc. are teams that could and would give TCU a loss this year.

LOL at something so loud it broke the sound barrier. That's not how the sound barrier works.

Marvin Harrison Jr has had a strong year but his numbers don’t match Hyatt. If Hyatt keeps producing like he should then I don’t see him catching Hyatt.

He’s ~200 yards less than Hyatt.
He has 4 less TDs.
His yards per reception is a full 3 yards less.
He averaging 15 yards less per game.
He has about the same amount of catches.. 2 more than Hyatt.

If these gaps in stats stay about the same and Marvin Harrison Jr wins, then he would be winning on last name alone.

Or because he plays for Ohio State.

Honestly, I have no issue with a team that goes undefeated in a power 5 conference ranked ahead of us. That being said if they lose a game, no way they should be ranked ahead of us. I feel the same about USC and Clemson as well.
I do have a major issue with it. The committee is supposed to pick the best teams. That is us, not TCU.

I agree with @UTProf (#79,182): I can see why people fall for the line about "undefeated," "no name school," "unfair," and all that, but I do NOT see how anyone who actually watched them play TX could honestly believe TCU belongs.

Now they do deserve the Big-12 champion's bowl tie-in. Absolutely, if they win out. And they would prolly get lucky as a conference #1 and play a disappointed other-conference #3. That's an unmerited advantage in itself, and sufficient.

I thought it was about getting the best 4 teams? Glad we are going to a 12 team playoff even though there will still be some left out.
