Depends on the quality of goalie for the penalty kick. Or if I could practice a few minutes, I think the field goal. Definitely not the putt.

I use to kick in rugby and could kick 40 meter try conversions (equivalent of an extra point but isn’t always directly in front of the goal) and even with that I’m not kicking any FGs under that pressure.

Penalty kicks, I’m assuming with the whole countries hopes on your shoulders it’ll be against a good keeper.

Putting is last for me. Im waaaay to inconsistent. I can knock down some free throws though.
