I don't understand how they think Harrison "got robbed"...Hyatt surpassed him in nearly every single metric.

His game at Bama alone is more than anything that twerp has accomplished this year.

I would think the classy thing to do would be to realize every fan base is unreasonable and always feel their team has been slighted.

I want to to thank whichever of you morons it was that recommended Dan Carlins Hardcore History podcast a long time ago.

I've been listening to "Supernova in the East" for a few days and it is spectacularly good. I love his style.

Blueprint for Armageddon is a borderline work of art.

His series on Genghis Khan is insane as well.

I guess I get to be the anti-moran....

Seriously, I'm very proud of Hyatt and the rest of the 2022 TN VOLS. It was my favorite year of football ever. It's been a while since we've had multiple players on a team that I will always remember. I appreciate Heupel for giving me some awesome memories this season.

Just as my dad use to always say, "if you don't toot your own horn it may not ever get tooted" :D

I've listened to Wrath of the Khans and Blueprint for Armageddon both twice already.

While I think Hyatt should go pro, I honestly think hes positioning himself to make more money through NIL and come back next year. Long term will be interesting to see how it plays out but with todays NIL college kids can make more than early draft picks by staying an extra year if they aren't top 15.

I usually am not in this camp, but Hyatt needs to move on and hit his lick. After the way this season went, I feel really bad for Ced...he should have went on last year. I was excited for him to come back, but I hope it didn't end up costing him too much.
Well this year for sure sucked for him but it did not hurt him in terms of draft stock. He wasn’t projected as a very high draft pick last year and he is still in that round three area

That's not true at all honestly. The minimum for 2022 for rookies was 705k a year and even the players not on an active/inactive list their minimum is 430k a year.

NIL has a larger ceiling sure, but only a handful of QBs are getting more (allegedly) than the NFL rookie minimums. Even Nico who is supposedly getting 8 million isn't getting that yearly.

And that's just the minimum numbers, the average salary for rookies taken in the 1st round was 2.8 million a year for 2022. Hyatt isn't getting NIL deal money near a million and if he's drafted in the first 3 rounds he's likely guaranteed to make well over a million a year.

Help me here. How does the SECPoY, and the guy that threw 97% of the passes to the Billetnikoff winner, get shafted for any National award by, a team that played NO ONE?!

Every time I think about TN playing 5 ranked teams and HH putting up those numbers. I get frustrated.

We live in a world where flashiness & self promotion are lauded. It frustrates the crap out of me for that kid...

That said, if I have to get my lawnmower out in Dec., to quote John Bean 'somebody's ass might get whupped.'

Guess we will see. He just inked a deal with one of the largest hotel companies in the world for no telling how much and signed up with an NIL group this week. Strange for someone who may turn pro..

Sounds like Hyatt won't play in the bowl game.

VQ Poster: Surely Hyatt plays. Especially after the NIL deal and only a few yards away from the school record. He sounded like he was leaning that way last night.
I wouldn’t get ur hopes up. Kids with a certain grade have to weigh the positive and negative and what happened to Jalen smith at ND or corral at ole miss is hard to ignore.

He shouldn’t if he’s getting a 1st round grade.

Squirrel White time.

You do realize he can still have a deal with Hyatt as a professional player right?
