7 Rules of Life:
  1. Let It Go.
Never ruin a good day by thinking about a bad yesterday.

2. Ignore Them.
Don’t listen to other people. Live a life empowering to you.

3. Give It Time.
Time heals everything.

4. Don’t Compare.
The only person that you should try to beat is the person you were yesterday.

5. Stay Calm.
It’s okay to not have everything figured out. Know that in time, you’ll get there.

6. It’s On You.
Only you are in charge of your happiness.

7. Smile.
Life is short. Enjoy it while you have it.

I added #8 for VFLs only: 15-0 🤠
I totally disagree with #2. Most people would be well served to listen to someone with sommon common freaking sense instead of just forging ahead stupidly into destruction because "I know everything...I'm going to do what I want"

It's one of the worst problems with this world today.

Edit: I am obviously not talking about people that don't giva💩 about you and your wellbeing...Ignore the hell out of those buttholes.

How's your little one doing?
He’s doing great, thanks for asking! He just had a cardiologist appointment and his blood pressure and EKG were so good that the doctor didn’t think it was necessary to do a echocardiogram on him! This is a photo of him the other day. He’s ready for football haha

awesome

I am watching the PBR and as usual am amazed. At what point did a human look at a 2500 lb Bull and think "I need to ride that.". I personally don't want to ride anything whose name is a number like X15 or is considered a Good Bull if he damn near killed the last Cowboy that was on him.......Carry on.
We saw a rodeo at the Bell county fair a few weeks ago and the first rider was crushed up against the wall by the MASSIVE bull and later had to be airlifted to UT from the Pineville ER...two other cowboys were also sent to the Pineville ER but I don't think either of them were really hurt that bad.

I found out later that the cowboy sent to UT had a crushed pelvis and internal beeding among other dire issues, but from what I've heard he is expected to recover.
