They have three 4*s committed that all play the same position. No way they keep them all happy. They’re handing out money and telling them they’ll make a way for them to play, but we know it won’t work out that way. Kelby Collins, TJ Searcy, and Kamran James won’t all be gators after their freshman season, if they all three end up signing in December.

That's how I feel about A&M last year. Didn't they take like 9 DL, Four of which were 5 stars.

How do we know Florida told them….. good defenses rotate a lot of defensive lineman…. Hope we had some big interior guys soon.

I don’t believe that is accurate…. Our recruiting has been great for a team that has struggled like we have for 15 yrs and not having better talent in our state.

He killed it at La-Lafayette, which is a pretty trash program. Don't get the people thinking he can't coach.

We do this with every Florida coach. We talk about how they're going to flame out and then they all end up leaving or getting fired without ever having lost to us (except for that one guy). I'm not falling for it again.

1) He can recruit. That's about it.

2) He was very lucky at ULL. Look at how many close wins he had. He may have appeared to be a 10-11 win coach, but those were much closer to 8-4 teams.

3) He can't scheme, but is supposed to be an offensive guy.

He'll me another Muschamp (if he can even recruit THAT well...remember Champ had top 3 classes there...)

What I do know is we won't have to face another Spurrier, Urban, Mullen level offensive scheme. Those were great. Napier ain't. We will have plenty of opportunities to beat them under Napier...as we did vs Muschamp and Butterteeth/Sharkhumper. We just have to take advantage this time.

Of their 20 commits, 17 are from Florida. Must be nice to be able to just open the front door and sign a top 10 class.

haha. "Moraine" is the name for the V-shaped rubble that is left after a glacier melts and recedes.

There is a hiking trail along Lake Louise that ascends up to the Plain of Six Glaciers, which is directly above the lake. The trail passes over and around several of the moraines on its way to a teahouse at the top of the trail. A very nice reward after a fairly strenuous hike up the slope. Highly recommended for you outdoor morans.

Forget Russia. Put in is a despot and we should do anything and everything to limit his influence on the world. If we ramp up gas production the the world has an alternative to Russia petroleum products and then Putin can't just invade countries and hold Europe hostage because he supplies all the gas they need for heating their homes in the winter.

I know this stuff isn't as simple as we would like it to be but there are things we should've been doing 20 years ago that would have had a dramatic effect on the world today.

Yet a month ago we landed Seldon, Sham, Jalen Smith and Bradley all in the same weekend. I don’t think that’s considered as “a drop off”

I certainly hope you’re correct and I think we absolutely have the scheme and talent to take advantage, but I do wonder if it will be enough to overcome whatever mental hurdles plague the program.

I don’t believe in curses or things of that nature and I used to find the idea that we were psyched out by Florida to be ridiculous — why would losing to them in 2005 or 2010 affect 2019 or 2021, but lord do we always seem to crawl into a shell against them.

Gators have gone from the outhouse to the penthouse in recruiting and are kicking our butts now. They have 13 four-stars and are ranked higher than us. Pitiful. We had better bury them in Knoxville this year. That is all that matters. No excuses.

Happens every year. The kids that know where they want to go get in boats as early as they can. The kids that are waiting, well they wait. The bulk of cornbreads first few classes weren't finished until fall within a few weeks of ESD.

We just got more high rated kids during this early period than we have in the past. So now we're likely being more selective with the last wave and the kids still available are also being selective with where they go. We're sitting at 12th with 20 commits I can't remember the last time we were in the top 15 in August.

Please return to the FF. They enjoy this kind of rant there. Yes, UF has jumped us in the rankings for the moment. No, they are not "kicking our butts". The early signing period is still 4 months away, and both teams will be doing a lot more recruiting between now and then.

He has lived off his star DC. Those defenses have been outstanding. Offense is mediocre and his QB play (for a QB guy) was very average. His DC will be gone soon for a head coaching job and you will see Zook 2.0.

We just had a huge recruiting haul after that rumor was thrown out there…. AP said that we were way ahead of the game and now other teams have caught up….. we are still way ahead of where we should be at this point in our rebuild.
