This class score would already be good for an average of 11th over the last 3 classes lol.

Now...the way NIL may be evening things out and without the 25 max...there are a lot of unknowns of how exactly we'll rank this particular year...but just ponder that for a second.

Already 11th with a handful of spots to burn...and the chicken littles still exist...unreal

He has 6 awesome DBs in this class to work with. I don’t know who recruits Louisiana but pay them MOAR.

Matthews talked about Martinez and Heupel in post. Yes, a great DB class, and today is the capstone.

No refs lives matter. Leave it to refs in any sport to absolutely muck the sport up. The officiating to start the 2022 EPL season has been absolutely woeful. Imagine having video assistant reviews to help clean up any messes.

Yeah it’s been bad. Yesterdays Chelsea/Spurs game was one of the worst officiated games I’ve seen in a long time. 2 goals that should have been reversed ended up standing. I loved the after game Conte vs Tuchel handshake tho

Did I miss something in the Liverpool game? I didn’t have sound on and was working and half watching so I may have missed something. The red card seemed pretty clear to me at least on replay. Palace player definitely sold it but there was contact.

They have a great class but the media is desperately trying to boost Florida up. Pretty obvious when you compare the two classes. Look at Rickey Gibson for example. That’s a 4* on Floridas team

Like our db class more than theirs regardless of ranking. I did want Jackson but that’s before I thought we had a real chance with Matthews

@Nash_Vol97 For whatever reason the quoting function not working for me. Anywho, agreed on Chelsea / Totty - awful. Nunes was a red card today, but I don’t like how they are just allowing blatant wresting thus far and it’s across all game. They allow it at least until someone reacts strongly and then it becomes inconsistent and rewards theatrical responses. They did this last year and then started blowing the whistle more regularly as season went on. What’s the point of that?

Even before the CB's it was impressive. Just nastily meeting needs. Still cant believe they got Matthews.

Really the only complaints I have is OL and WR. We needed one of the 3 tackles we missed on. I'm not worried about WR, we will find people that want to catch the ball in the offense.

Yeah I agree with all of that. They’ve really been letting them play so far in the games I’ve watched. Allows the attitudes to boil over and then punishes whoever reacts. One thing that has been blatantly bad, really ever since it was introduced, is VAR. Definitely agreed with that take on your last post. EPL is the best league in the world yet Series A and La Liga have the best refs in the world, IMO. English referring needs a MAJOR overhaul. Guys like Anthony Taylor and Mike Dean (who moved to off field VAR referring) have been ****ing up the league long enough.

Yes. They're thinking projected W/L not the fact that we are favorites over UK and Pitt.

We are literally 4.5 pt favorites rn...in Pitt's own house, so about 7 pts on a neutral field.

These voters would actually make a real power ranking and not a W/L board if their own money was on the line.

I wish Vegas would just create their own top 25 poll...it's literally all that would matter. Money cuts through all the BS REAL FAST.
