I think he ends up somewhere for the spring semester. If you follow academic calendars then it points towards Tennessee. Now, I did see years ago Rashad Moore in football come to campus over a month into the semester and go to class so I guess anything is possible.

The biggest reason you are hearing Texas A&M is that it's rumored Chris Partridge might end up on that staff, but it hasn't happened yet. I believe Tennessee has had the most dialogue with Davison over the last 24 hours.

Don't disagree with any of this. Tua will be done with football is my guess. One more concussion or scare and it's over. Which is why I think Miami should draft Hendon.

Are you trying to kill Hendon now? You should want him to go to a good team. Not the Dolphins.

I'm actually not from here, I have only lived in Harlan since 2015..that story happened back in my really wild days in the late 80s and 90s when I lived in the Dalton area. I haven't been in a brawl since I got straightened out and turned my life around in 98....for about 10 years I was on the express train to the graveyard or penitentiary.
Had some family stuff an other things going on, so I'm digging out from under about 800 pages I haven't read. When you say Dalton area, you talking Georgia? That's where I live (since 1999)

Your parents must have come from money. My parents didn't have shoes.

Don’t be dense. With sports gambling becoming legal in more states, and smart phones in so many hands, there’s more gambling than ever.

and you are being naive. there has been more than enough money in gambling for decades to affect the outcome of games.

Not without liquidating assets he couldn't.

Yeah most people have a misunderstanding of the "money" that these elite rich people have. When you see their net worth they do not have anywhere near that much in liquid assets. Musk had to sell tons of assets to buy Twitter. Not to mention Bezos lost quite a bit of asset-value in the divorce. Bezos most definitely does not have the available cash to buy an NFL team.

Of course, I’m just saying that now, more than ever, I have little doubt that it’s fixed.

I get what you are saying but the only difference between before and now is the average joe can place a $20 bet on a player prop on his phone. Has zero effect on a game being "fixed." if the fix is in, its because the big money has the say, which has always been the case.

Agreed, big money has always been key, but imagine the technology Vegas uses to aggregate all the average Joe bet data into huge buckets of potential outcomes. In real time they can watch that money come in on those bets and make decisions which favor the big books. Replay situations are a great opportunity for them to exercise “influence” based on that real time info. I’m not saying they do that, but they do that.
