It’s a lot better than the 80’s and 90’s but you get judged by what you accomplish in March.

Esp on one of these neutral courts. You know they’re gonna shoot really bad.

Shot 27% for the game. Just gotta laugh Bc that’s so awful. This is def a good team but they don’t look like the other elite teams offensively. They shoot like garbage way too much.

Don’t have a player that can get it done consistently
Sweet 16 is the ceiling at this rate which is good but I’d like to see CRB break his tournament problems streak. Don’t know if he will this year though….

I'm afraid that an early exit is very possible for this team in March. We've seen signs of it throughout Barnes Career here at UT. Hope this season is different. Someone other than ZZ has to step up.

Because the TE coach is apparently the easiest position to coach and why you look for a dynamic recruiter for that position.

A team like that is exactly what I'm talking about. Really, if any ref crew decides that they don't like us on defense and neutralizes that side of the ball, we're in a lot of trouble. It's going to happen in March. Every now and then you get a ref crew that calls a ton of off-ball stuff and ticky tack nonsense that benefits the faster team/shooters.

I think this team's has 3-4 more losses. AL, KY and 1-2 more they shouldn't lose. Probably 2-3 games in the tournament max. I can see them dropping to a 3-4 seed. JMO

He’s right though (for the most part). Good teams inexplicably lose road conference games from time to time. It’s happened as long as I’ve been alive.

But you can’t shoot sub-30%, home or away. That’s a big red flag. You’ll basically win no games with those numbers, elite defense or not.
