If Wilson doesn't go, JG will be the back-up. . . does this mean JG is currently 2nd string and will be the starter without Wilson, or does it mean JG is currently 3rd string and will be 2nd string (back-up) if Wilson is out?

Confuses me, seems like they'd be talking about who will start for Wilson, instead of who the back-up will be.

Personally I think Cade was overrated but have not followed his NFL career.
From a position standpoint..I think Cooper was better in college.

I can't believe how bad our OL was before Heupel got here. Basically the same guys playing. . .

He makes the game simple so guys can execute at a high level of expertise.

The old school guys still think a 500 page playbook and NFL schemes are appropriate for kids going to college, have lives, with NIL deals, and new transfers all over the place each year.

This is why I fell in love with his system the first time I heard (Kendall) Briles said he basically didn't have a traditional playbook, outside of a few pages of special plays. And ofc Pruitt hated that and hired mr 500 page playbook Chaney that had strayed so far from his Purdue days that he was unrecognizable.

Our offense is the best of the best at "plug and play". It doesn't take years of experience to get down. PERFECT for the modern transfer environment and other distractions kids now have.

Doubtful. He committed to FSU who already has Jaheim Bell committed.

They'll vette all that out and adjust accordingly. I'd be surprised if he were high enough on anyone's board where it wouldn't matter to some degree, depending on what's found.

Maybe Garner will lend Hobbs to the offense for a few plays . Funny may be needed ?
