I really don’t understand why this is even an issue. This is exactly how pro sports are. Not everyone gets paid the same
The difference being that pro athletes don't have as much freedom. They sign contracts and get picked up by the teams without as much say so. College athletes choose where they want to play and when they want to leave. They're also in various stages of "proving" themselves. They may wonder if they can get more elsewhere and/or be very competitive over the notion that a teammate they believe themselves "better" than gets paid more.

It's disappointing reading the sizable number of postings about the bowl game being meaningless. That is such nonsense. Our players worked tirelessly to earn the right to compete in one of the most prestigious posteason bowls. The Orange Bowl is a big deal. And we should be proud of our team and its accomplishments. Ranked #6 in the nation, ranked #9 in 2023 recruiting, players earning postseason awards are but a few reasons for celebration. I will be enjoying our bowl game, win or lose. I'm so proud of how far this team has come. Let's go Vols!!!!!
Could not agree more. Thank you for posting it

Maybe I’m overstepping, but I feel the vast majority of this board are funny, intelligent and likable people who like to interact and share personal experiences and thoughts. No one should ever have to apologize for those qualities.
Who are you and what the hell have you done with @butchna ?

Does anyone else wonder if Banks off field issues will cause him to drop? I really thought he had turned the corner after, "they shoot cops where I'm from", but after whatever ultimately cost him to miss the SCar game, will GMs think twice about him?
He’s just not very smart so I wouldn’t draft him. He plays haphazardly.
