I didn’t realize he was that good. I knew he broke off a few nice returns, but the best since Cam Sutton and third best in program history is impressive.

How many punt returns did he have? I honestly don’t remember that many. With so many teams needing to go for it on 4th down to try and catch up…

Knoxville Grass….memories. “Like a Fox on the Run”. I still see Byron Doss run around Rocky Hill. Had him for a Stats Prof at UT. Later he and I did some business.

Great memories. Buddy’s BBQ / Knoxville Grass
It was definitely at Buddy's at the World's Fair. They had live bands throughout the day. I heard Fox on the Run hundreds of times lol. Great song

I like Kamara as a player. If this is the kind of stuff he's ok with, I couldn't care less if he ever plays another minute of football.

You're right, he needs to be locked up the same as anyone else would be.
Did I miss something? He punched a guy 3 times. People go to prison for that? Did I miss another video where it was worse? I agree he should be held accountable, but throwing 3 punches at the beginning of a fight, then stopping and walking away, isn't the most heinous crime that should end someone's career, especially when we haven't seen the part of the video prior to that.

Kamara put the dude to sleep, and other dude started dancing on his face. Could've been killed.

I saw another video where Kamara said "I connected with his face". I don't know the backstory and don't really care. Disappointed as hell.

If Kamara can prove self defense, he will be fine (since he is a precious NFL player), but dude that stomped on his face is ****ed no matter what

I don't disagree at all. But if Kamara should be in jail and never playing in the NFL again, how is it OK for Joe Mixon to be playing? I know you're probably not OK with that either, and I would agree. I guess Mixon was punished (not sure if he went to jail), but I guess the NFL's stance is that they can play as long as they've served their time. I dunno?

The list is jacked up. If the premise of the list is "now" and not what they've done in their entire career, then Kirby should be #1. He's coming off back-to-back NCs. I'd actually put Heupel #2 and Saban #3. People can debate it, but we did beat them last year.

Per punt return average also has a minimum.

Dee had 15 for 281 yards and 18.7 a return
Sutton was 18.0 in his last year doing it

Last year Velus was at 15.1 per PR, he really showed out more on kick returns with a 27.3 average
Kamara never broke any huge ones, 10.0 per return his last year and 12.5 the year before.

Not sure if he had enough returns, but Cordarrelle Patterson had 25.3 per return only had 4 returns that year though because Dooley thought Devrin Young should be the primary PR guy...

Nilo Silvan back in '94 was at 18.1 on 15 returns.

Not sure how many you had to return for it to "count" towards that statement...but Patterson is the only one to return at least 4 and have more than 18.7 a return after 1975 that I can find. Whoever the top 2 guys are are from way back.

Top 5 SEC coaches, assuming it's based on what they've done in the SEC.

1. Nick Saban - 6 championships, obviously #1
2. Kirby Smart - 2 championships, only other active SEC HC with a ring
3. Josh Heupel - 11-2 in year 2 beat Saban and beat Kelly
4. Brian Kelly - 10-4 in year 1 and made the SEC title game, if you just look at the fact he was in Atlanta I can get why he'd be ahead of Heupel
5. Lane Kiffin - hasn't won 11 games in a season yet, and hasn't been to Atlanta no way should he be above Heupel or Kelly

I'd probably have Mark Stoops 6th and could even see the argument for HIM to be ahead of Kiffin. Jimbo is firmly at 7 after than the rest are all pretty average.
