I'm also just not sure what Bilas and the Dukies think they gain from whining.

Uros only played 15 minutes and had 4 fouls, seems like the bulk of their complaining is centered around his style of play. But he rarely played AND the fouls were called, what more can the officials do? None of the fouls were flagrant at all and if Flopowski wasn't a drama major the replays wouldn't look so ridiculous.

What I think is karma is that after all that flopping around Aidoo bringing down a rebound was the hardest hit the guy took.

My biggest complaint is that Roach was able to play 34 more minutes...he fouled far more often than anyone on UT and somehow never had his 5th called.
If your main example of your "too physical" argument is that a common basketball foul should be an easily debatable flagrant in a 13 point game from a 15 minute guy, you've already lost and you deserved to lose.

😩 I was going to celebrate who gave me my 100,000 like, and I missed it!

Yeah and it's also annoying no one on that Gameday panel pointed that out "Jay you realize they called 4 fouls on Uros and he sat for over 62% of the game. Duke's 49 FGAs were the 3rd fewest on the season, and 45% of those were from deep 10% higher than their season average. You're not going to get many trips to the free throw line when you're taking that many outside shots while also committing 14 turnovers."

I watched a replay of the game and tried my best to take off my orange glasses. I still just don't see what the big deal is about how that game was officiated. Saying it wasn't basketball, but rather football?!?! I just don't see that. It was basically a glimpse of what basketball would be like if they didn't call every single meaningless and non-impactful ticky tack foul. On the flip side, I watched and re-watched every play that was called a foul and think they got almost all of them right. Maybe one or two that were borderline? I guess that feels like a completely different sport to Duke fans.

Think the biggest issue about this is the ACC officials call way more ticky tacky fouls than about any other league. Probably a shock to them that the rest of the country let's them play a little bit. But one of them was an ACC ref, so who knows.

One thing I've really realized I dislike about the "remote work" is that with Teams you can't just avoid the Chatty Kathy in the office easily.

I just get drilled throughout the day, all day, every day with random teams messages that have exactly NOTHING to do with me or work.

There is one customer that we meet with an hour every week. This customer employs a consultant who has a very small piece of what we need to discuss but completely monopolizes the meeting. I want to smack her so hard.

the police said that they "lost sight" of the vehicle for a while during the chase. how the hell do you not throw most/all of that out of the car?

maybe it was locked in the trunk or something. you've got to get rid of the gun though.
Or he thought he could outrun them and keep it. 😏
