Yeah, thats why I was asking. It absolutely never crossed their mind that they are doing basically the same thing as a guy wearing a wig/toupe. . . it's just a lot more socially acceptable for women to have makeup, plastic surgery, wear wigs, etc. I don't care either way, I was just curious what people thought.

No I think in the 8 years since, they've been worse and right now they're about where Barnes had them. I think its about like TN football after we fired Fulmer.

Barnes took them to 5 SS, 3 E8, and 1 FF. It's been 15 years since their last SS or E8. After firing Barnes it took them 7 years to win a tournament game and 8 to make it back to the SS/E8. Even so, I think their success this year is entirely due to Chris Beard and I don't know if Terry will hold that success long-term.

Barnes definitely lost momentum (like Fulmer did) towards the end of his time there. I wonder if he lost some motivation and was in a coaching rut. But I think he's had ths fire again since coming here and having success. I think we are at the tail end of his window to make another FF before he calls it quits.

But back to Texas, if the Chris Beard fiasco hadn't happened I'd say they're going to be fine moving forward but there's no telling what happens after this.... we saw what Hubert Davis did with UNC last year then what he produced this year...

Please! So annoying! My granddaughter got some makeup for Christmas and immediately fixed her little sister. I laughed so hard at the eyebrows. I still look at the photo to get a laugh! She’s the little one. A1C72C92-6E52-423B-9669-F445627B7D38.jpeg

The Lady Vols route to a Final Four is pretty serious now... they can beat VT. If they beat OSU they'll likely rematch LSU...
