I am 100% convinced that JG would’ve had a good season under Heupel if he stayed for the 2021 season. Maybe not as good as what Hooker has had the past 2 years, but good enough to end his career on a high note

I wouldn't bet on that. His first pass in the WS spring game being a pick was incredible writing by the simulation creators.

My point about the Gaurantano comparison is for every 400 passing attempts, there will be a high side of bone headed, absolutely mind numbingly dumb decisions to include int's on the 1YD line in crucial game moments, fumbles, missed reads, delay of game penalties, trying to out run and out maneuver lbers resulting in a giant sack, and slumped shoulders on the side line.

I don’t understand why they aren’t moving like they were the past few games.

It's so hard to watch that. You watch these teams that put stress on the defense by having player movement and ball movement. They force defense to constantly communicate and rotate and closeout. All of those things create opportunities for the defense to breakdown. Miscommunication. Poor angle on a rotation. Bad footwork on a closeout. Then we run an offense that allows the defense to get their initial defense set and put no stress on them except for our player overmatching them.

I think it’s funny how different generations have something we feel naked without when going into public. My MIL’s generation is lipstick. Mine is foundation. My daughter’s is eyeliner/mascara.
