We ALL know what the weakness is on our team Everyone has said what they think is the solution. Why can’t we talk about the strengths on the team? The 10-2 season? The class we’re about to sign with a 5*QB and DL among other really good solid players? We’re signing the #2 player in the nation!!! We beat AL, FL and LSU in the same season!….nope, it’s the secondary on repeat. And there’s nothing we can do but watch to see what happens.
Bewm..💣💥

I'm not sure what the record is for "[PLAYER] has committed to [SCHOOL] tweets is, but this guy has to be more than halfway there.

This confuses me. You don't recall hearing his name, suggesting that he wasn't a contributor. Why then would it sting for him to leave?
Because I don't equate my remembering his name with how much he contributed. I do remember we rotated a lot of guys and I do remember our DL was good; so if he was part of the rotation of a good DL, I very well couod have just not noticed his name, and losing him would sting.

I have never really been able to grow a beard. Then a few years ago, I stopped shaving a week before a weeklong canoe trip in Canada with Scouts.
When I got back home, the first thing my daughter said was when was I going to shave it off? Even before welcoming me home, hugs or anything 😂

I went to shave it off. A buddy has always had a goatee, so I stopped there. Without my glasses, my reflection was of a serial killer. I walked out to get my family’s opinion. My son was talking about the trip and he just faltered into silence when he saw me. My daughter’s eyes got huge. My wife asked what was wrong and why was I angry? (I was smiling 😳). The concensus was that I should never have facial hair again. 😁
Especially a mustache---those pesky 70's porn stars kinda killed that look for pretty much everyone who can grow one. Ricky Fowler kept trying to grow a mustache last year and he looked just like a 70's porn star :cool::cool:

USCe, LSU, Ole Miss, LSU all improved their teams last year and the Vols also did, especially at the QB position.

I’m lot saying stay away from the portal. I’m saying it’s good to be selective. We definitely hit on the few players we got. A lot of folks in here are freaking out at every player who signs with another school, and my point is simply loading up in the portal at positions of need is not a great strategy.
USC got a game-changing QB who moved with his coach. Were Ole Miss, LSU, Bama, OU, and Texas (next in line) really better off than the previous year? They did get a few game-changers too, but how were those players received in the locker room?
How they fit into the culture seems more important than what kind of numbers they may put up. That’s what I heard LA saying too.

From YESTERDAY? 😏 Oh we’re devastated…inconsolable…things have ended. Just hoping the Dodgers have enough room on their band…oh wait. They didn’t pick up jack this off-season cept one season of Thor. 🤔 Guess I’ll have to do my research.

😂😂 more proof Braves fans feel it😂 that was one player you all stressed last year that you didn’t want to lose.

I'll be honest... not real worried about Grayson McCall balling out in the SEC.

He's played 4 seasons at Coastal, not once did he throw for 28 TDs or 2900 yards in any one of those seasons and his sophomore season was the only one where he ran for more than 300 yards.

He was very accurate and didn't turn the ball over though, but that's also in the Sun Belt.
