I'm content and will defend CRB for these exact reasons. Our break was this year though IMO. I've lost excitement on a potential deep run but I'll also gladly set myself up for that disappointment every year. Things are so much better than the Zo and Donnie days.

Hmm. The tourney itself gave us breaks, but losing ZZ was a disaster and very far from a break. I’m talking a year where both have a healthy team and we get some luck in who we draw in the tourney. We have been close for sure.

bucket list is to nugget hunt for a week in Outback. Then barra fish with the fly rod. What a strange and unusual place. Sitting my a creek you could, see a thunderstorm off in the distance but no rain - in 40° heat. See a crocodile. Encounter a death adder. Find a gold nugget the size of your face, and catch a record Barramundi, then **** your brains out for a week from a mosquito born pathogen.
