Mertz led the Badgers to a 19-13 record as a starter and finished the 2022 season completing 57.3% of his passes for 2,136 passing yards, throwing 19 passing touchdowns to 10 interceptions.

So. . . where are we at? Is next year going to be a step back from '22 or better? I'm at 8-4, but could see us being better or worse.

I think someone said it best - with Milton the highs may be even higher/his great games could be even better...

But his lows will be much lower than Hooker's too and more often. I could see a few get away from him.

9-3 still feels right to me with a huge win along the way (UGA or Bama in Tuscaloosa)

On a semi-tangent of the above - what are the expectations of the new Dark Side of the Moon?

I'm both very excited and ready to be disappointed. I think the original is so engrained, it'll be hard to get away from. Already heard a clip of Us and Them and I catch myself complaining there's no screeching background vocals

Both amazed by this and scared. Milton has been known to sit for too long. Whoever comes in at LT has huge shoes to fill and Milton has to keep adjusting. He did better vs Clemson.
