We'll get there I'd love to see Rick make a final 4 here before he retires. I think he's had 3 legitimate chances. Caught 2 bad breaks with admiral/grant teams and we totally crapped the bed this year.

Hmm. I just disagree about this year. FAU is in the Final Four - they are clearly a quality team by every possible measure (i.e., we got a tough draw). But even worse, we didn’t have ZZ. I see ZZ in particular as a really bad break. He was missed on both offense and defense. Finally, that was only the 9th Sweet 16 in program history. All told, a very quality showing.

I’m just really not sure where the negativity is coming from.

I seriously don't understand the love for Levis at ANY point. You would think past experience with guys like Ryan Leaf, Jamarcus Russell, Jeff George, etc would be instructional. For whatever reason, they still focus on measurables more than productivity. Just blows my mind. It's like they're punking me and will finally say "Nah man, we were just kidding! This guy is a sack of potatoes."

Richardson has similar red flags, of course. He's more athletic but the productivity just hasn't been there.

NFL coaching elitism. They assume every college coach is an absolute moron and that if a guy has good measurables, they and they alone can "fix" him, regardless of his lack of production or glaring mistakes on film.

There is a Seavers in Jonesborough? I thought they were located in Kingsport. That will not be good for my health! Fired Chocolate is amazing imo.
