I know we all buy off-brand stuff at the store to save a few dollars here and there.

Is there anything that you simply have to have brand name or you won't eat it/drink?

Is there any off-brand that you prefer over name brand?

Mine is Coca-Cola bbq sauce and Gillette Mach 3 razors, disposable or plain. . .

I like Dr Wow soda better than Dr pepper, 😆. It reminds me of cheerwine and Dr pepper.

I won’t buy generic cereal and usually won’t buy generic chips.

At 205 that time is amazing. A lot of the camps are laser timed now rather than hand timed so if attended those you could probably find... wait I found an article that says this:

So yeah, his times are legit. As he has added weight he might be a tad slower now than then or he could be faster if he's been speed training but he is def. a speedster. Having both him and Squirrel on the field is going to be a nightmare even for Georgia and Muschamp's hold and hold some more DBs.

That was also an out of HS time before he spent any time with Oregon and their S&C programming... so he may be closer to 4.3s now even with more weight.

I have worked in manufacturing leadership for years. The companies I have worked for make packaging for consumer goods. Our customers are all of the brands you have heard of and buy. I have visited many many many production facilities that are putting the exact same product, in the same facility and on side-by-side lines, into name brand on one line, and off brand/regional brands on the other.

We value shop, knowing this. 😂

Cottonelle……all other brands are inferior and life is too short to deal with bad toilet paper.

I believe it. I've always thought that happened. Some off-brands are just terrible though. Seems like the biggest differences ive noticed is in stuff like bbq sauce, soda, etc.

This is definitely what Costco does. Their Kirkland brand products are made by some name brand companies.

This. My wife used to buy cheap azz John Wayne toilet paper. Rough and tough and don't take sh!t off of nobody. I told her that was just plain uncivilized and got her hooked on the good stuff. Cottonelle all day every day.

Almost any major “grocery store” (Walmart, CostCo, Kroger, Publix, etc) and their brand (Great Value, Kirkland, etc.). The supply chain sources back to the same core manufacturers in many cases - especially for consumer goods.

I’ve watched a well known Butter brand produced (in a perfectly clean and well run way) but then packaged into its branded box, also into regional supplier brand boxes, and then also great value 🙃. All side by side by side lines from the same “batch run”.

My advice would be to see if you really can tell the difference in branded and non-branded items on the grocery shelf, if you remove the marketing from the major brands you know from the equation.

We still have brands we like as well, haha! I’m a Sweet Baby Ray’s fan for BBQ sauce for example - and nothing else 😆
