I’m from Blount County and would do surgery on myself in my own home before I would take myself or my kids to them. Ed Mitchell was and is the downfall of that Hospital.

Blount is about to be bought out by either UT or Tennova

I would absolutely encourage UT Hospital over BM. My MiL nearly died because of that.

Vanderbilt Hospital is worth the drive. UT Hospital almost let me die 6 years ago. Truthfully, you can get a bad doctor anywhere.
