Is there a chance that the Titans could draft HH? Also DW? They should just take all the draft eligible Tennessee players and build a local dynasty.

Can a player opt out of the draft and just go sign with a team? If so, the Titans should just contact every Tennessee player that’s planning on entering the draft and sign them at their projected draft position. Would immediately make the Titans a better team.

As a side note, I don’t care about pro ball except for how Tennessee players perform…
Tbh with Robinson out and Vrabel assumingly taking over roster construction there's no telling what they'll do. However most mock drafts have the Titans taking Hyatt in the first and Wright in the second.

I like the fact that Vrabs will be much more involved.........He's been, lets just say, aggravated.

Happy "National Short Person Day."

Who needs a hug?

History of National Short Person Day
Whether a person is considered to be short or tall partially depends on where they come from. For instance, in some places, like the Netherlands, a man who is 5’10” might be considered short where the average is 6 feet tall. On the other hand, in places like Laos and Papua New Guinea, where the average male stands at 5’2”, a person who is 5’10” would be considered very tall! Really, it’s all relative.
In any case, people of less than average height, no matter where in the world they are from, can enjoy National Short Person Day. The day is celebrated annually toward the end of the year to remind people of a shorter stature that they are cared for, appreciated and can be proud of themselves no matter how tall they are!
How to Celebrate National Short Person Day
Enjoy all sorts of fun and celebration on National Short Person Day with some ideas like these:
Celebrate with a Short Person
Whether a person is short or tall, National Short Person Day might be the time to celebrate with a friend who is short. Let them know how much they are respected and thank them for their contribution to the world. If it’s a family member or a close friend, consider giving them a card or even taking them out to lunch to celebrate and show them that they are loved, no matter their height!

.

Let’s pray that those two starting corners you have there won’t be our starters again. If so we are in for a LONG year in secondary

I still think Warren will be coming back. If he does i think our TE set is good. Having one more for depth would be great. We are forgetting about Charlie Browder. Heupel brought him over from UCF for a reason. He redshirted this season

Players can go from being bad to servicable in a year. We saw that with Beasley this year.

I think if we see any improvements on defense it's going to come from the defensive line. Hopefully we will be at a point where can rush 4 and get to the QB quickly and our DBs become competent at zone coverage. So many times they seem just a step out of place.

That's what I keep saying but everyone keeps hammering me saying we need a TE over LB.

I definitely think we need a DB. Hopefully we get that Syracuse guy, would be a nice pickup.

We need dbs that can press man effectively. That seems to our biggest problem in the secondary. You’ve got to be able to mix up coverages to be effective at this level.

I'm so thankful for NIL, the transfer portal, and for the lightening up of the signing rules that let you simply focus on the 85 player scholarship limit.

That roster is not Alabama or Georgia level good, but it is an extremely solid, deep roster at pretty much every position. It's what we were hoping Butch Jones would have by Year 5, and Heupel has it starting year 3 coming off a trip to a NY6 bowl. I think that is a tremendous credit to Heupel, but also a credit to the NCAA for making it easier to rebuild programs. In the long run, that will make college football more competitive and more fun to watch.
