Yes it is. I was watching it on ESPN+ before the weather delay. Maybe it differs by region (I’m in AZ), but I don’t know why that would be the case.

Sorry, what I meant was it isn't exclusively on espn+. It wasn't required to watch it - at least in the southeast.

Unlike some games where you either have espn+ or you're screwed.
