I think he meant just a replay. As in, ESPN wouldn't show a replay to the fans, cause it was obviously wrong. . . not a replay to overturn. Idk though.

There’s no rule, but that would be coaching malpractice if you threw a starter again. Guys like Connell can pitch multiple times a week because they are situational to one or two batters.
