I feel pretty confident that no one thought this team would make it to Omaha through most of the season.

They've consistently improved throughout the year. Seems like a great job by the coaches with how the team has responded.

It wouldn't. It would take a matter of seconds. It's being tested. I believe in the minors currently. Ump wears an earpiece and personnel are in the booth watching live to correct bad calls. There is no ump meeting involved.

We don't have a skenes. Nobody does except LSU.

But we have depth. And if we make it past Monday, that'll be a big reason why.

Tough loss against the best pitcher in college baseball. We kept fighting, ran Skenes in the 8th and got one back, then jacked one on the reliever. Whatever, I'm cool with it, loved the never say die attitude and UT has the deepest, most talented pitching in this whole World Series, imo. Vols are winning, at least 2 more games

Dude, the plan is to play more than 2 games. We were not beating Skenes today, regardless of who pitched. TV got us here, let's let him finish it off before you fahr him.

If that’s the case, then we weren’t going to do much anyway. Lindsey had better numbers than both and pitched well in relief against LSU in the regular season. If Beam doesn’t pitch, then it probably means Dollander wasn’t good either.
