We are doing great overall, but I do think at times according to what you read and hear, our staff may take almost a too laid back, go check everyone out and then come back, do what's best for you, approach that may be backfiring on us with a few kids.

At the end of the day, believe it or not for some, our NIL orgs do have a budget and can't act like Miami and sign a bunch of guys on handshakes that will never come to fruition.
We have to build our portfolio with business savvy and smarts, not like a drunken loon.
