I don't like the jersey changes. It takes me six games to figure out who's who as it is.Here’s a link to the roster. Quite a few number changes
2023 Football Roster - University of Tennessee Athletics
Wright #0
Beasley #6
Keyton #9
Also interesting Elijah Simmons is 10 now lol. And some of these guys have already put on a lot of weight. Nico’s gained 10 already
honestly was going to attend a game this year. now i'm second guessing even that. How y’all feel about gave jeudy lally transferring in and taking number 1? I’m not a fan. That’s a special number to give to a transfer who we don’t know will even start, much less lead the defense.
same with Thornton on offense.
We've been to Chicago twice and loved it. Going for a third time for a meeting this fall. Museums, parks, architecture, urban vibe, lakefront and river, classical, opera, and rock, great food. Everything from Beard Award winners to the Superdawg drive-in.Wrong. The bad gang areas are way south and southwest. A long way from what actual Chicago is. You would have to get on the wrong subway going in the wrong direction for 20-30 minutes to be in these horrible areas.
Chicago is an awesome city. My wife used to live there and we hope to eventually have an apartment/condo there. She lived about half a mile south of Wrigley Field. It’s actually a very liveable city and not near as expensive as you would think. I have probably been there about 25 times. It’s awesome. So much to see and do. Best Food City in America after New Orleans.
do you airbnb it to offset costs? We've been to Chicago twice and loved it. Going for a third time for a meeting this fall. Museums, classical and opera, rock concerts, parks, architecture, urban vibe, waterfront and river, great food.
Of course we've kept a little apartment in New Orleans for over a decade, and go all the time, so we're pre-jaded and restaurant-friendly.
Serum magnesium level always looks fine, but it takes a bunch for a while to correct tissue levels. Various folks with various opinions, but 600-800mg elemental seems to be common. I personally take 400mg of glycinate and 200mg of chloride. Both are well absorbed, so no bowel distress. Malate is a good form too. Definitely wouldn't recommend that much of citrate or oxide...cause dang.
What do you take Doc?
