You posted this elsewhere, but tampering wasn't the main subject, so I will reply here so not to sidetrack the tread.
We all know it's happening and here is just one recent accusation:

Travis Hunter, star recruit who transferred to Colorado, alleges tampering by ACC program

Deion was tampering when he said at his press conf. talking about his son saying here is your starting QB and his son was never in the portal at the time and neither were some of the players that he was talking about that was at JSU and was not in the portal.
