Lol, so the implication you're making here is that the Tuohy's didn't take advantage of Michael Oher because they had plenty of money already? And why mention what Michael Oher made in the NFL as if that's relevant? It wouldn't matter if Michael Oher was richer than Elon Musk, it is morally and ethically right that he make money off the movie that depicts his life. It's also a fact that the depiction of Oher in the movie is inaccurate and had a negative impact on his life (his own words). Do you think Michael Oher is totally making this lawsuit up?

Lets reuse the logic, Michael Oher has made plenty of money on his own and he doesn't need the Tuohy's money from the movie (about him). Since he doesn't need the money, why is he suing them? Maybe for the reasons Oher and his lawyer listed in the lawsuit? They lied and took advantage of him and owe him money?

I guess lets see how the lawsuit plays out, but it's kinda weird to white knight for the Tuohy's without any actual evidence that they didn't do anything morally or ethically wrong against evidence they did.

Y’all are focusing on the wrong tragedy.
Without those ole miss fans, Oher would have gone to Tennessee.

Maybe VN should file a class action lawsuit against them and ole miss. We suffered horribly since he didn’t get to go to Tennessee. 😁

Sad really, knowing he will decommit

Cargo shorts and crocs. What a dweeb.

You are wildly speculating on allegations or things stated in a book. Sean Tuohy is worth millions on his own, and that is a fact.

I made mention of Oher's contracts because that can refute that he was "passed over" by teams. "His own words" don't necessarily make it true.

Just like you, I have no idea as to the actual facts. Maybe both actually helped each other along the way. Maybe Oher should have received some more. But, I am not speculating.

I am an attorney, and I will leave it at that.

Would you be willing to represent VN in our class action lawsuit against ole miss and all those involved in the travesty of convincing him to go to ole miss instead of Tennessee. Our suffering and the trajectory of our football program is easily seen as a pivotal juncture in our football program. As such, we have suffered horribly and deserve to be compensated for our therapy bills, pain and suffering. 😇

I think Tennessee can take advantage of the new NCAA video game coming out next summer like Chip Kelly and Oregon did.
High tempo offense - Not spread option but still the fastest in the nation and fun with a lot of points
Different uniform combos - Not as many as Oregon obviously but still different with Black mode
Winning 10+ games a season and ranked top 10 - just like Oregon 2009-2014
Oregon saw a pretty good rise in recruiting profile in the late 2010’s around 2018 to now. I think Tennessee can do the same

Oregon’s offense wasn’t even in NCAA until ‘13. Kelly was gone by the time it would’ve made a difference.

Hey guys,
This is fun and all reading you two calling each other stupid, but it’s almost Tennessee football season. Time to put away the petty arguments and focus on the football season!

Remember we’re going to have a lot to talk about this season when we go

15-0 🤠
Are you giving them a prescription of shut the H@ll up?

By adjust, does he mean the refs are going to allow our WRs to be held every play, like when we played Georgia?

Honestly, I worry teams are going to play us like that and rely on no-calls.
That is one of my big concerns also. If Birmingham lets this happen, I may give up on following sports.
