My belief is FSU and Clemson agreed to the expansion of Cal, Stanford, and SMU, because both schools know that it’s imminent that they’re leaving the conference. Probably for the SEC

SIAP, Probably NC St flipped, giving the extra vote needed. SEC should gobble up Clemson, FSU, and UNC before B1G does.
