Not to mention the Quarterback threw for 453 yards and scored multiple TDS… just a week before hand they were struggling to pass and score. That game is serious. Makes me nervous as heckI thought Tn would beat Fla by 17-20 points last year and we had to hold on for dear life to get the win. They looked like garbage before our game and after our game. I will wait until after we play down there before I get cocky lol
Don't forget if Fla chooses to eat the $31 mil buyout of Napier, they are still paying Mullen $12 million too.His family are all fans so maybe he was doing us a favor. He knew our problems were huge and that he couldn't handle them. I've been saying for a while that I believe Florida is having the same power struggle but the success they've had (a good season here and there) has disguised it. But everything from boosters not paying for the QB selected to player struggles this year and last year point to problems. Hell, who fires Dan Mullen that quickly and replaces him with Napier (that's a Mike Hamilton move if there ever was one).
It would be a very meaningful stat if the lineup consisted of just two players. However, I wonder what the difference in team OPS looks like when you include all 9 hitters from each squad.I was just about to post that lol. Its still slightly less than .990 but Albies is 5th on the Braves in OPS while Mookie and Freeman are 1st and 2nd on the Duds:
Florida is in the same position we were in for a long time. The morons running their administration keep making monumentally stupid hires with gargantuan buyouts.Don't forget if Fla chooses to eat the $31 mil buyout of Napier, they are still paying Mullen $12 million too.
"The university will owe Mullen $12 million in buyout money after Sunday's dismissal. He will receive $6 million over the next 30 days before receiving $1 million every July 15 through 2027." - from SI article after Mullen was fired.

Yea that's why I think Roberts should go to a 6 man rotation to have Kershaw and Urias rested for playoffs..... Buehler coming back in time for playoffs as well........Which is one more than the Dodgers won last night. Both will be in the playoffs. Let's see if they meet and then we can really start talking smack. If my Cubs make it and see the Dodgers, you can bet I will be running my mouth the entire series.
