TBF it was McKie's call to move to 247, but he was never accorded more than contributor status on VQ. He had carved out a nice niche as their baseball guy, but butter, bread and the like on that site is football...notably the recruiting angle. Matt can take some of the heavy lifting off of AP.

True. And I like Ben, especially if choosing between him and Cain, but I get that move. Ben needs to be more diverse to accentuate his baseball acumen, which I think is pretty good.

Cain brings nothing to the table as far as I'm concerned.
