A bunch of states don’t have an age restriction if the parent/guardian give consent. Article says he’s in Texas, which does have an age restriction of 18 no matter what though. So either it’s fake, he got scratched (unlicensed tattoo artist did it), or he got it in another state that doesn’t have a minimum age. That tattoo better be fake ....
We were the same way. He loved Majors and I was a Fulmer guy but that never got in the way of loving the Vols. He taught me to love Tennessee and hate everybody else. Especially the bammers. Really hit me when we beat Fsu. I still to this day wish he could have seen it and enjoyed it with me. He was a Christian influence on me as well, his greatest accomplishment by far in my eyes.Every game of the football season, I'm reminded how we would always talk about the game afterward. And seasons like this are bittersweet because he's not here to enjoy them with. Even when we disagreed on other things, we could always talk and agree on the Vols. It was a shared passion.

More good players entered today.
We have to have some kind of strategy. I just wish we fans were in on it, lol.
Maybe we are the one's figuring out the strategy.I really hope we figure out the strategy because there is currently tons of talent in positions of need in the portal and as UT fans, we haven't seen boo... Hopefully we get some good/encouraging news soon.
Innocent until Proven Guilty folks.
If there is ample evidence of his crime, throw the book at him.
Seems both of these concepts have been lost in time.

Correct, its not freedom from consequence. I am speaking strictly from a legal sense. Most on here know what I do, and I agree. However, you don't have to be convicted to be terminated with cause. A poster in the bball forum found that he has a clause that specifically says he can be terminated with a mere felony charge. It's a distraction all the way around for the program. Will be interesting to see what they do.
Remember how our defense single-handedly cost us the SCar game this season?Maybe we are the one's figuring out the strategy.
Remember every one losing their minds last year that we weren't throwing money around like Texas A&M?
I remember.

I will also say from a legal sense, I wish we had stronger penalties for willful and knowing false accusation. That is very much needed in this interweb age.
