I don’t get why Tennessee can’t be elite. There is no cap on what Tennessee can be. Less than 150 miles from Georgia campus. Recruiting is nationalized now. Georgia didn’t even get hardly any of the top 10 recruits in Georgia yet they have the #2 class. Can’t tell me Tennessee can’t be elite with the resources
