BB is just a weird game. A bunch of the best teams I have ever seen did not win the title.

Someone brought up the game back in the 90s that UK beat us by a million...people forget that we actually beat them earlier that year....made no sense.

I think baseball is the most random. The best team rarely seems to win in baseball.

But if we’re talking March madness, it is a real crapshoot for sure.

Only way that happens is nepotism and/or family connections. Small newspapers will work with anyone that write on a deadline. Hell, a lot of big ones will too if you can get your foot in the door.

I was prescribed gabapentin for a nerve issue - didn’t help at all, just made me feel stoned!

Doesn’t help everyone… there’s other meds that can help if you still have the nerve pain.

I take Gabapentin. Doesn't make me feel stoned but doesn't really help my neuropathy either. At least I don't think it does. I mean, I still get intense pain in my feet at night. Legs too. Add that to my back pain and sleep is tough sometimes. But it is what it is. The fact I'm a liver transplant recipient seems to limit what drugs I can take. Mostly just have to live with the pain.
