Jennings just hammered a guy out here! WOW

I remember Coach Majors tell a story about Bear Bryant. Said he recruited , like, 18 QB's and told all of them they would play QB. First day of practice everyone of them were on defense

You could do that before computers and social media was invented. Not now

A reminder of ESPN's evaluation of Jennings...

STRENGTHS: Excellent height and weight on his frame. Covers a lot of ground with his long stride. Does a good job of roaming the middle of the field and reading and reacting. A natural ball catcher. Reads the QB well in zone coverage and gets a good break on the football. A fluid player given his length and can play in space. ... AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT: Presently lacking great power to drive through contact as a tackler and overall run supporter. Struggles at times in man coverage and needs to improve his technique. ... BOTTOM LINE: Jennings is a long and athletic prospect who shows productivity on both sides of the football. Projects as a safety at the next level depending on the defensive scheme. Big frame to fill out that makes linebacker a possibility.

My bet is he ends up at safety. With his speed and length in the defensive backfield ... holy cow.

The kid is just a straight athlete. He can do it all.

He played Safety last year. Had to look twice when he lined up tight in the corner spot. He shut them down. Looked like he had been playing there all along.

He is a great player.
